With every access to our website following data will be stored in a so-called log file:

These data are used for maintaining the ability of our internet offering und will be evaluated within an internal troubleshooting if the need arises. The data are stored for 7 days and are then automatically deleted. In case of an attack against our internet offering the respective web log information will be passed to the responsible law enforcement authorities.


Contact Form

Our website provides a contact form. The use of this is voluntary. The communication via the contact form is automatically encrypted as of the current state of technology and is not legally binding.
In order to send the contact form the following information are needed:

We need this information for the processing of your inquiry. The data will not be interlinked with other information und will after use be deleted according to the legal storage periods.

The processing of data which were entered in the contact form will exclusively be carried out after you have given your consent (Article 6 (1.a) – GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an informal email. 


Personal Data and Disclosing to Third Parties

Personal data shall only be collected when these are stated voluntarily within individual inquiries. If necessary they will be forwarded for processing by the responsible representatives of Rostock County Council. The use of your data for other purposes shall only take place with your consent. 

Transmission of your data, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, to further third parties shall also not take place without your explicit permission.


Use of Google Analytics

This website uses functions of Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored in a Google server in the USA. By activating the IP-anonymisation on this website your IP-address will be previously shortened by Google within the EU-member states and in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the complete IP-address will be send by Google to a server in the USA transmitted and shortened there.
